The musculoskeletal system of the body has extremely important physiological significance, it is obvious that knowledge of the basics of physical and laboratory-instrumental methods for examining patients with musculoskeletal system lesions, analysis of the results obtained and the identification of the main clinical syndromes, followed by the application of the theoretical and practical knowledge necessary in the practical work of students with patients, should take an essential place in the training of medical students. In addition, the diagnosis of the disease and the administration of adequate treatment includes a number of mental operations, starting with the selection of symptoms from the many thousands of diagnostic signs known to modern medicine.
