Continuous improvement is the core principle of our work. Implementation and continuous improvement of the quality management system, as required by the international standard ISO 9001:2015, is the main tool to improve the quality of our services.

IHSM staff members are high-level professionals who take personal responsibility for the quality of their work. We strive to ensure that all employees of the organization would share the principles of the quality management system, be involved in the process of its creation, clearly understand the objectives of their work, see the result and have an impact on it. Each employee's opinion is important and is taken into account within the work of the quality management system.

IHSM management and Rector in particular are responsible for the implementation of this policy, its dissemination within the organization, as well as for the formation of employees' motivation to comply with it.
