The musculoskeletal system of the body has an extremely important physiological significance, it is obvious that knowledge of the basics of physical and laboratory-instrumental methods for examining patients with musculoskeletal system lesions, analysis of the results obtained and identification of the main clinical syndromes, followed by the application of the theoretical and practical knowledge necessary in the practical work of students with patients, they should take an essential place in the preparation of medical students. In addition, the diagnosis of the disease and the appointment of adequate treatment include a number of mental operations, starting with the selection of symptoms from the many thousands of diagnostic signs known to modern medicine. The selected symptoms form a clinical picture, on the basis of which they make a conclusion about the disease and establish a diagnosis, which serves as the basis for determining treatment methods in the practice of a doctor.
