ANNOUNCEMENT FOR ADMISSION TO THE MASTER’S PROGRAM
Application deadlines
Submission of applications to the Master’s program will be conducted on December 1, 2022 through February 1, 2023. All the applicants are strongly advised to submit all necessary documents as soon as possible which allows processing the documents and posting the decision on admission on time.

ADMISSION PROCEDURE
Prerequisites
- Applicant must be an individual who possesses a Bachelor's degree diploma of basic higher education recognized by the state or a professional degree diploma (specialist degree);
- The training of citizens of other countries in universities of the Kyrgyz Republic is carried out on the basis of international treaties, which came into force under the established procedure, to which the Kyrgyz Republic is a party, as well as on the basis of agreements between educational organizations or with individual citizens;
- Admission of applicants to the IHSM Master’s program is carried out on a competitive basis according to the results of entrance examinations;
- The entrance exam is held in the form of an interview on the Public Health discipline;
- Enrollment is approved by the order of the IHSM Rector;
- Duration of training: 2 years;
- Attendance mode: full-time;
- Training is carried out on a contractual basis.
List of documents required for the admission
Individuals applying for the Master’s degree program must submit the following documents to the IHSM:
- application addressed to the Rector of IHSM;
- copy of Bachelor's degree diploma or a professional degree diploma (Specialist degree);
- medical certificate 086-U;
- six photos of size 3.5⨯4.5 cm;
- copies of passport and military ID card (for Kyrgyz citizens);
- foreign residents must submit to the Admissions Board their academic credentials, equivalent to the state document of higher education of the Kyrgyz Republic;
- for foreign citizens: passport with the proper visa (copy);
- an essay on the applicant's reasons for applying to the Master’s degree program and on his/her long-term career goals and how this program can help him/her achieve those goals.
