A survey of potential employers on the topic "Portrait of a graduate of the Master's degree in Public Health"

From April 7 to 14, 2022, the Department of Quality Management conducted a survey of potential employers on the topic "Portrait of a graduate of the Master's degree in Public Health". Employers noted that future graduates of the master's program must comply with the realities of the market economy of healthcare. They must have the critical thinking, good analytical skills, and sufficient knowledge of health economics, in particular, insurance models. They should know modern approaches to public health promotion and methods for assessing the quality and effectiveness of their work. Future specialists should be strong in project management and conflict management.
They recommended the inclusion of some new modules and courses in the curriculum.
