On May 22, 2023, a highly anticipated premiere of the film "The Story of a Foreign Student" took place at the Kyrgyz National Academic Drama Theater named after T. Abdumomunov. This groundbreaking film, produced at the initiative of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic's Service for Combating Extremism and Illegal Migration, aims to raise awareness about preventing crimes committed by foreign citizens and against foreign citizens.

"The Story of a Foreign Student" was shot on the campuses and within the premises of the International Higher School of Medicine (IHSM) with the students of International Student Network "Tunduk" and their curator, Altach E.V. The film sheds light on the experiences and challenges faced by foreign students in Kyrgyzstan, emphasizing the importance of maintaining public order and ensuring the safety of both individuals and society.

The premiere event witnessed the presence of distinguished guests, including representatives from the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic. Notable attendees included His Excellency Hassan Ali Zaigham, the Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan to the Kyrgyz Republic, Mr. Nellayappan Ponappan, Second Secretary-Consul of the Embassy of India in the Kyrgyz Republic, and Rector of the IHSM, Stalbek M. Akhunbaev.

In recognition of the outstanding contributions and fruitful cooperation, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic awarded the Rector of IHSM - Stalbek M. Akhunbaev, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs - Asel A. Usenova, and Dean - Ainura M. Satarkulova, with letters of appreciation. They were commended for their personal dedication to upholding public order, individual security, and social well-being.
