Aim: 
The purpose of the Students Affairs Department  is proper keeping and processing of the personal files of students. 

Goals:
Students Affairs Department performs the following tasks: 

1. Organization of timely and correct registration of personal files of students.
2. Organization of accounting and keeping of personal files.
3. Provision of IHSM students and students of regional campuses with student cards and record books.
4. Maintaining statistical records and timely submission of statistical reports to the relevant authorities
