Sports in education helps to develop mental growth and increases the power of reasoning of students. Being actively involved in sports can help students relax from their daily routine of learning syllabus and reduces exam stress. One needs to keep a balance between work and play to keep the body and soul inn sync. On 20th of March, International Higher School Of Medicine organized a huge Inter-University football tournament in which they invited numerous football teams from most of the universities in Kyrgyzstan. There were teams from International University of Kyrgyzstan, Kyrgyz State Medical Academy, International Medical University, Asian Medical Institute, Kyrgyz National University, Royal Metropolitan University, Salymbekov Medical University, IHSM Issykul, and few more. The tournament had 20 teams in which the final match was held between Kyrgyz State Medical Academy (Falcons) and International Higher School Of Medicine (Blue). The Falcons scored 2 goals but this wasn't enough as the Blues scored 4 amazing goals which lead IHSM to win the first ever Inter University football Tournament. International Higher School Of Medicine is proud of the captain Mohammed Kamran Ali and his teammates Anant Pratap (vc), Anumit Dwivedi, Henry Lalthazuala, Aly Malik, Dev Phakir Kumar Meher, Louis and Shadab.

We are also proud to have won all the best players awards as Aaqib Bashir won the top scorer award by scoring 66 goals, Aly Malik won the best player of the tournament, Mohammed Kamran Ali won the best striker, Anant Pratap Singh won the best goalkeeper, Henry Lalthazuala won the best Midfielder, Dev Phakir Kumar Meher won the best Defender and the man of the match of the finals.
