2nd ADVISORY FROM ISM EDUTECH PVT LTD DURING CORONA VIRUS OUTBREAK

Dear Students,

The management of ISM Edutech continues to address and handholds all our students studying at various institutes in Kyrgyzstan through this advisory.

Firstly, we would appreciate your cooperation and patience so far with the management of ISM Edutech and University authorities as well as local governing and health advisory bodies of your respective countries.

We thoroughly understand it’s an extremely difficult phase and there’s an environment of apprehensions and uncertainty. However, we are consistently monitoring the situation and are making our best efforts to overcome the challenges as shared earlier in our 1st advisory Dt: 21.03.2020.

We are equally concerned about your health and safety and have been continuously collaborating with the Indian Embassy in various countries to reach the best possible solutions in order to resolve your transport and safety issues.

The biggest challenge we are currently facing is to transport you all to India as this has been desired by most of the students and their parents. However, as on date neither the local country’s legislation nor Indian legislation /guidelines are favorable towards the same.

Almost all countries where our students are currently based have announced national emergency for next few weeks.

You all must be aware that even in India, the Honorable Prime Minister of India, Mr. Narendra Modi has announced a situation of COMPLETE LOCKDOWN via NDMA (National Disaster Management Authority) order no. 1-29/2020-PP (Pt. II) dated 24.03.2020. This order shall remain in force, in all parts of INDIA for a period of 21 Days with effect from 26.03.2020.

As per POINT 6 of order no. 40-3/2020 –D dated 24.03.2020;
All transport services AIR, RAIL, ROADWAYS will remain SUSPENDED.

Exceptions:

- Transport for essential goods only
- Fire, Law Order and emergency services

Thus, it’s practically not feasible to transport you to India or intercity even if you reach Delhi, in the current scenario. However, we are continuously keeping up the efforts to accomplish this as soon as the situation becomes favorable.

You are requested to continue to follow the health and disaster management authority’s guidelines to help the nation to contain the spread of the disease. As per standard guideline the only way to contain this disease is to maintain social distancing.

Please notify your institution/college in case you are self isolating.

In view of the above mentioned efforts we urge all Parents/guardians to help us combat this situation of crisis. We expect you to support us and continuously counsel and monitor your children so that they follow the guidelines and remain indoor as far as possible.
Our staff is just a phone call away in case you genuinely feel that any facility related to health, food or accommodation is compromised.

Once again we humbly request all students to refrain from spreading any misinformation through rumors and gossips, amongst your fellow students or to your parents/families.
