75th anniversary of the first rector of IHSM

Today, on October 19, an exceptional scientific-practical conference on the topic of "Innovations in the Field of Medical Science and Education" was held at the International Higher School of Medicine (IHSM). The event was dedicated to two significant anniversaries: the 75th anniversary of the first rector of IHSM, Shamil M. Chyngyshpaev, and the 20th anniversary of IHSM.

The Jubilee Conference was opened with a welcoming address by the Rector of IHSM, Stalbek M. Akhunbaev.

Among the distinguished guests of the conference were representatives from the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Education, as well as eminent professors from the National Academy of Sciences and representatives of universities, including the Kyrgyz State Medical Academy, the Medical University of Kyrgyzstan, and the Kyrgyz-Russian University named after Yeltsin.

During the conference, enthusiastic colleagues and scientists extended their congratulations to Shamil M. Chyngyshpaev. Additionally, a documentary film was presented, showcasing his significant professional achievements.

In the second part of the event, a sectional meeting on surgery took place. Current trends in surgery were discussed, and articles from participants who presented reports will be published in one of the journals.

The first rector of IHSM, Shamil M. Chyngyshpaev, made a substantial contribution to the establishment and development of the educational institution. His vision and activities also contributed to the strengthening of collaboration with other medical institutions and international organizations.

Since the commencement of his activities in 2003 up to the present day, Shamil M. Chyngyshpaev remains an integral part of the life of IHSM, and his contribution to the development of the educational institution is invaluable.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all participants of the conference and highly appreciate their contribution to our collective scientific and educational journey.
