In July of 2019, Senior lecturer Ph.D. Tatiana Kostritsyna in collaboration with French scientists: Dr. Véronique Decroocq, INRA BFP Research Director, and Marion Le Saux, INRA IRHS Senior scientist conducted a scientific expedition in the province of Arslanbob - large wild walnut forest and Sary-Chelek - most beautiful lake in Central Asia. The main goal of the expedition was to identify wild apricot, plum, apple, and walnut populations bearing still-unknown strains of virus and bacteria and look for host susceptibility and resistance.
We wish her further scientific achievements and all the best on every step of new beginnings.
