ART. 1 – COMPETITION NOTICE

A public competition notice by qualifications and examinations is announced for the assignment of a place in the training courses for PhD students, PhD supervisors & professors selection and PhD administrators & university managers scheduled in August 2021 in Issyk-Kul lake.

ART. 2 – REQUIREMENTS

                                     1. PhD administrators & university managers selection criteria:

1. Full-time employee.

2. Length of managerial work is not less than 3 years.

3. Sufficient English language level (B2).

4. Involvement in organization of PhD studies.

5. Willingness and the ability to use the knowledge gained further in their work related to PhD studies.

6. Ability to analyze, organize information.

7. Communicativeness, communication ability, teamwork.

8. Responsible approach to the work and commitment

                                      2. PhD supervisors & professors selection criteria:

1. One of the leading scientists in the Public health area.

2. Full-time employee.

3. Experience in scientific or scientific-pedagogical work for at least 5 years.

4. Scientific degree: Doctor or candidate of sciences, PhD.

5. Experience in the scientific management of candidate or doctoral dissertations.

6. Broad international scientific relations.

7. Sufficient English language level (В2).

                                      3. PhD students selection criteria:

1. Academic performance.

2. Sufficient English language level (B2)

3. Active participation in the scientific and social life of the ISM.

4. Recommendations of scientific supervisor, dean of PG studies.
