On October 17, 2022, the International University of Kyrgyzstan hosted a republican interuniversity festival called "Declamation of Kyrgyz literary works". 

Ibraimova Gulnara, Head of the sector for development of state language of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic, Orozov Asylbek Kudaiberdievich, Chief Specialist of the National Commission on State Language and Language Policy under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, and poets Cholpon Orozalieva and Gulzhamiyla Shakirova took the floor and wished success to the students participating in the festival. In total, more than 20 students from 15 higher educational institutions of Bishkek and Osh competed in the festival. The festival was held both offline and online. During the event, the students participating in the festival demonstrated their skills.  The judges summarized the results of the festival, and the students who took the leading places were awarded with diplomas.

The awarding ceremony was held in two directions: among foreign students and among students the Kyrgyz citizens. Akash Jain, a 5th year student of our university, won the first prize among foreign students in declamation  and was awarded with Diploma of the 1st degree. National Commission awarded Sherus Khan, Shuib Malik and Pratik Mathur, who took an active part, acknowledgement letters and souvenirs.

The Rector's acknowledgement letters were awarded to their leader, Rima Zaiyrkulova , Head  of the Department of the state language,  and to Kibrayeva Munira, teacher of the Department of Humanities. Our best wishes to them!
