Renat M.Davletbaev - Vice-Rector for planning and development of the International Higher School of Medicine,Ph.D.(Medicine), is taking part in the international conference "Public – private partnership" (PPP), in Bishkek, hotel "Novotel",organized by the Center for Public-Private Partnership under the National Investment Agency of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Currently, PPP plays a leading role in the development and implementation of sustainable infrastructure projects in the energy, transport and healthcare sectors. The Kyrgyz Republic, along with other Central Asian countries, is rapidly moving towards the development of PPP mechanisms. 

The event will be held on a single platform with the participation of the representative office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic, international development institutions, large international and private companies, the Asian Development Bank, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, the Eurasian Development Bank, international financial corporations, the United Nations, as well as representatives of PPPs of Great Britain, China, Turkey, the Republic of Korea and Central Asian countries.

Goals and objectives:

1.Creation of a discussion platform for representatives of state bodies, business communities, international development institutions and experts in the field of PPP.

2. Organization of an event for the PPP community, which will serve as an additional impetus by expanding the horizons of cooperation in the field of PPP between the Kyrgyz Republic and other countries of the region.

3. Building up the dialogue between the Governments of the Kyrgyz Republic and potential PPP partners.

4. Exchange of experience in the field of PPP.

The participation of the IHSM in such international conferences will serve for more dynamic development and building new international relations with potential partners.
