On November 10, 2023, members of the literature club "Adabiyyat" along with teachers from the Department of Humanities at IHSM, immersed themselves in the captivating world of "THE QUEEN OF SPADES" directed by Vyacheslav Vitikh and inspired by the work of the great Russian writer Alexander Pushkin.

Supported by the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation and "Russian Seasons" the play captivated from the very beginning with its intrigue. The director invited two outstanding artists from Moscow - Igor Kapitanov and Fagilya Selskaya - to create visual magic on stage.

This production became a true kaleidoscope of emotions, seamlessly blending comedy, drama, mystique, and thriller. Club members, who had previously read the story, and teachers relished every moment, deriving immense pleasure.

Notably, the students were particularly enamored with the performance of Hermann and the actor portraying the character, adding an extra layer to their cultural exploration.

The purpose of the visit was to broaden cultural horizons, inspire, and enrich the literary experience!
