The work of the conference will be held On and Offline in the form of plenary meetings and sections’ sessions.

The participants must send articles to the Organizing Committee by e-mail: natsciences_conf@ism.edu.kg  by March 05, 2022. Manuscripts will be selected following the standard procedure for reviewing journal articles. The article must be submitted in English and Russian.

Conference materials will be published after selection by the Organizing Committee in one of two journals:

1.  "Eurasian Medical Journal".

Eurasian Medical Journal is:

• Included in the Russian Science Citation Index
• Included in the CrossRef scientometric database. Prefix: DOI: 10.52680
• Included in the scientometric library Google Scholar

 

• • Scientific article preparation procedures for "Eurasian Medical Journal":

 

1. The article must be prepared in English.
2. The article is to be accompanied by a review from a doctor/candidate of science in the specialty of the publication from the organization of the participant.
3. The article should not exceed 8-10 sheets and the number of references should not exceed 20. The permissible percentage of originality of scientific articles is not less than 75%.
4. The text of the article must be typed in Microsoft Word editor for Windows. Mandatory parameters of the article: font Times New Roman, font size 12, spacing - 1.5, alignment - the width of the sheet; margins: left and right 25 mm; top and bottom 20 mm. Numbering in the upper right corner of the page.
5. Illustrative material:
   1. tables should be numbered;
   2. comments and references to tables and figures are to be indicated in the text.
6. The first page indicates:
   3. UDC - on the left edge;
   4. the title of the article - in the center of the line, in bold letters;
   5. last name, first name, patronymic of the author (authors) of the article, academic degree, title, name of the university or place of work, city, country - right alignment. The information must be repeated for each author.
7. Abstract of the article (250-300 words).
8. Keywords: 3-6 keywords.
9. The text of the article should be structured:
   6. Introduction, reflecting a brief description of the study and the rationale for the novelty of the issues that the authors consider in the article.
   7. Material and methods, including a statement of the scope, place, and methods of research.
   8. The outcomes and their discussion contain the main theoretical and experimental results, actual data, discovered relationships, and patterns.
   1. Conclusions.
   10. Information about the conflict of interest.
   11. Acknowledgments and thanks.
   50. The list of references is compiled in alphabetical order by the names of the authors.
10. The list of references should indicate:
    1000. for books: the last  name and initials of the authors, the full title of the work, place and year of publication, publisher, pages (from and to), or the total number of pages of the monograph;
    14. for journals: the last names and initials of the authors, the full title of the article, the name of the journal, the year of publication, volume, page number;
    15. for dissertations:  the last name and initials of the author, doctoral or candidate, full title of the work, year, and place of publication.
11. At the end of the article, the contact details of the author should be indicated for communication regarding the preparation of the article: full name, email, mail, mobile phone.

2. "Bulletin of IUK" is:

• • Included in the list of scientific and scientific-technical periodicals of the National Attestation Commission (NAC) of the Kyrgyz Republic
  • included in the Scientific Electronic Library of the Russian Science Citation Index (NEL RSCI).
  • Prefix assigned: DOI 10.53473.

1. The submission of articles is as follows:

A. The article must be in two languages: Russian and in English:

B. the following data is to be indicated on the first page:

— last name, first name patronymic of the author (authors), the title of the article, place of work, phone, or e-mail;

— thematic rubricate UDC of the article;

–  abstract and keywords in the amount of 350-400 characters.

!!!The number of authors of the article should not exceed four people per direction.

a) Relevance, reflecting the state of the issue and the objectives of the study

b) Analysis and methods, results and their discussion; the novelty of the research.

c) Conclusions.

d) The volume of the bibliographic list should not exceed more than 10 titles.

3. Scope of articles:

a) Should not exceed 24 thousand characters (3-7 sheets).

4. Illustrative material:

a) tables should be titled and contain marked columns;

b) references to figures and tables are indicated in the text in the appropriate places

c) each figure or graph must have a comment;

d) the list of references is compiled in alphabetical order by the names of the authors

  first domestic, then foreign.

5. The list should include:

a) for books: the last name and initials of the authors, the full title of the work, place and year of publication, publisher, pages (from and to), or the total number of pages of the monograph;

b) for journal articles:  the names and initials of the authors, the full title of the article, the name of the journal, the year of publication, volume, page number;

c) for dissertations:  the names and initials of the author, doctoral or candidate, the full title of the work, year and place of publication;

At the end of the manuscript, a contact phone number should be indicated for communication with the author.

6. Mandatory parameters of the article: on one side of the sheet in A-4 format (210 x 297 mm) in the Word for Windows editor, font Times New Roman, font: size 12, spacing 1.0, alignment - to the width of the sheet; margins: left and right 25 mm; top and bottom 20 mm each, illustrations - in *PDF*TIF*JPG format.

7. The editorial board reserves the right to scientific and literary editing of the article. Manuscripts are not returned. Articles, the design of which does not meet the specified requirements, will not be accepted for publication. Scientific publications must strictly respect copyright.

 

!!! Rules for the designing materials for a Social Event

 

1. Artistic poster.

Poster Design Procedures:

- Format A1 (594 x 841 mm), portrait or landscape orientation.

- At the top of the poster is the title of the work, below are the names of the authors, the name of the organization, the level of training, the course.

A) For participants of a social event participating in person, it is necessary to submit an Artistic poster printed in A1 format to the Organizing Committee at the address: Intergelpo, 1 F, 4th floor, office. 413.

B) For participants of a social event participating remotely (online), you must send a photo of the poster by e-mail: anara1403@bk.ru

The presentation of the work by the author of the poster will be conducted in ZOOM (link is in the Program of Conference).

2. Poster

- A1 format (594x841 mm), portrait orientation

- The recommended text size for the title is 64-70 pt., for the body text - at least 20 pt.

- At the top of the poster is the title of the work; below are the names of the authors, the name of the organization where the work was done.

- The poster should include main sections: introduction, purpose, research methods, results and discussion, conclusions, bibliography, financial support (if available).

- All figures and tables must be signed.

Work languages - Russian, English.

B) For participants of a social event participating remotely (online), it is necessary to send a poster in PDF format by e-mail: myrzagalieva85@list.ru

The presentation of the work by the author of the poster will be conducted in ZOOM (link is in the Program of Conference).

3. Video

The duration of the video must not exceed 5 minutes. The video must be filmed horizontally. The finished video must be saved to Google drive. A link to the video, as well as information about the author, must be sent by e-mail: aluska91@mail.ru
