On November 4th of 2023,  International Scientific and Practical Conference "VI-School of Arrhythmology" took place in Bishkek, organized with active support and participation of the International Higher School of Medicine (IHSM). The rector of IHSM, Stalbek M. Akhunbaev, opened the conference with a welcoming speech, emphasizing the importance of scientific exchange and collaborative work in the field of cardiology.

The conference gathered prominent global experts from Germany, the United States, Russia, Georgia, Turkey, and Kyrgyzstan. Experts shared their professional experiences, covering the role of modern navigation systems in treating cardiac arrhythmias, recent trends in pharmacological therapy, aspects of resynchronization therapy, and diagnostic and therapeutic possibilities of radiofrequency ablation in accordance with the recommendations of the American and European Associations.

A presentation on the topic "Current Issues of Arrhythmia in Kyrgyzstan" was delivered by Abay K. Turdubaev, PhD, Associate Professor of the Department of Cardiovascular Surgery and Radiology of IHSM. His presentation sparked interest among participants, emphasizing the relevance of cardiac issues in the region.

The topics discussed at the conference proved to be extremely crucial in light of the current state of cardiology. We are pleased to be part of this significant scientific event, contributing to the exchange of knowledge and modern trends in the field of arrhythmology and cardiac surgery.
