The International Higher School of Medicine organized a scientific expedition to study the cytogenetic characteristics of the Pamiri Kyrgyz in the Chon-Alai and Alai districts of the Osh region in the Kyrgyz Republic. As part of the expedition, humanitarian aid in the form of food and medicine was provided to 101 Pamiri Kyrgyz families who were relocated from Afghanistan to the Kyrgyz Republic.
Additionally, medical examinations of the Pamiri residents and their children were conducted in their permanent residences. The expedition team visited the villages of Daarot-Korgon, Sary-Mogol, Gulcho, and Taldy-Sui.
