The purpose of the research is to create application platforms that will increase the efficiency of specific industries and activities, in particular, the formation of regional data processing centers, the creation of a joint infrastructure (based on information and communication technologies) in order to provide citizens with better public services from the state and the private sector. This will lead to greater productivity in all areas of the economy and a way out of the crisis through innovative approaches.
