External Expert Commission of the IAAR for the Evaluation of the Quality of the Educational Institution in the International Higher School of Medicine

In the International Higher School of Medicine, an external expert commission of the Independent Agency for Accreditation and Rating (IAAR) started its work from November 28 to 30, 2023.

The experts are conducting institutional accreditation of educational organizations in the field of healthcare (based on WFME/AMSE/ESG).

IAAR Expert – Chairman of the Expert Commission - Alexey Nikolaevich Kalyagin, doctor of medical sciences, Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education "Irkutsk State Medical University" of the Ministry of Health of Russia (Irkutsk, Russian Federation);

IAAR Expert – Kurmanova Gaukhar Medeubaevna, doctor of medical sciences, professor, Al-Farabi Kazakh National University (Republic of Kazakhstan, Almaty);

IAAR Expert – Rysmatova Flora Tashtemirovna, candidate of medical sciences, associate professor, Osh State University (Osh, Kyrgyz Republic);

IAAR Expert – Employer of the External Expert Commission – Bolot Abdykadyrovich Borboldoyev, Republican Center for Mental Health (Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic);

IAAR Expert – Student of the External Expert Commission – Yasmin Gafurzhanovna Khamidova, 4th-year student, I.K. Akhunbaev Kyrgyz State Medical Academy (Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic).

IAAR Coordinator – Alisa Satbekovna Dzhaqenova, candidate of medical sciences, head of medical projects at the Agency (Republic of Kazakhstan, Nur-Sultan).
