The forum seeks to increase the efficiency of universities’ research and innovative activities through international best practices. The participants will discuss strengthening the scientific and technical capacity and develop practical recommendations for commercialization of the universities’ intellectual  activity outcomes and for organizing innovation-focused trainings for universities’ staff. The forum will facilitate partnerships between local universities and  international partners through their schools of sciences, will contribute to increasing the market share of research and educational services, and will improve the competitiveness of intellectual activity outcomes.
