Organizational structure. The International Higher School of Medicine (IHSM) is organized in accordance with the main principles of international education standards, which are the key to success of the modern medical institution. The existing organizational structure of the School allows for the adaptation of external and internal educational policies in accordance with the values of our School, as well as offers a wide range of opportunities for IHSM administration, academic staff and students to participate in many areas of teaching, research and treatment activities.

The IHSM has 16 structural divisions, 15 departments, а Trade Union Committee, Issyk-Kul regional campus, Clinical Simulation Centers, Medical Clinics - Vedanta and Vedanta Issyk-Kul, and three student organizations.
