CONGRATULATIONS ON ASSIGNMENT TO THE NEW POSITION
We warmly congratulate International University of Kyrgyzstan (IUK) on assignment to the position of Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyz Republic Mr. Chingiz Aidarbekov the graduate of IUK!
Mr. Askarbekov Ch. received his Bachelor degree of International Relations in 1998 and Master of Jurisprudence degree in 2003.

1998 - Attaché of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic.
2001 - Third Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic.
2001-2003 - Second Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic.
2003-2005 - First Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic.
2005-2008 - Counselor of the Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic in the Republic of Uzbekistan.
2008 - Head of the Department of Multilateral Cooperation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic.
2008-2010 - Counselor of the Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic in Turkmenistan.
2011 - expert of the foreign policy department of the presidential staff.
2011 - Deputy Head of the Foreign Policy Department of the Presidential Administration.
2012-2016 - Head of the Department of International Relations and Protocol of the Staff of the Jogorku Kenesh.
Since April 2016 - Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kyrgyz Republic in Japan.
Mr. Askarbekov has come to this stage through hard work and all the studying in University has paid off for him. The recognition of this kind is well deserved. We wish him best luck in new job!!!
