International Higher School of Medicine as One of the Major Taxpayers
Every year, the Akipress information agency compiles the top 500 taxpayers of the Kyrgyz Republic, evaluating the contribution from various sectors. Once again, the International Higher School of Medicine (IHSM) stands out in this list as the largest taxpayer among the universities.
The ranking of the country's top 500 taxpayers is not merely financial statistics; it validates contributions to development.
Today, IHSM is a dynamically evolving innovative university, occupying a unique place in the global educational services market and having graduated over 6,000 highly qualified specialists. The university offers various programs for training medical professionals: undergraduate, master's, PhD programs, residency, and postgraduate studies. There are two dissertation councils at the university for defending doctoral and candidate dissertations in two scientific specialties.
Over 20 years, IHSM has made significant progress and gained broad recognition both nationally and internationally. Currently, around 4,000 students, master's, doctoral, and PhD candidates from 14 countries worldwide are studying here, and the geographic spread continues to grow.
Tax payments only reflect a part of the labor and efforts invested in constructing an educational future.
