Mechanisms of financial autonomy of universities in Kyrgyzstan
A seminar titled “Mechanisms of financial autonomy of universities in Kyrgyzstan” was held on May 31, 2024. This event was part of the DEFA project, which aims to improve financial independence for Kyrgyz universities. The seminar brought together representatives from both public and private universities in Bishkek.
Participants included vice rectors for finance and administration, chief accountants, accountants, and planning department heads. Presentations were delivered by external expert S.Zh. Asanov and DEFA researchers B.E. Tashtobaeva and N.M. Kurmanova.
