Due to the current situation of the global pandemic of coronavirus infection, the Bukhara State Medical Institute named after Abu Ali Ibn Sino, Republic of Uzbekistan, held an International Educational Conference online.

Lecturers from the following various medical universities participated in the conference.

The conference program included the most pressing issues such as the quality of medical care and the problems of medical education.

The conference was attended by the Vice-Rector for Scientific Affairs and State Language of International Higher School of Medicine (IHSM), M.D., Ph.D., Professor Uzakov O. J. with the scientific report "Diversification of the issue of training scientific and pedagogical personnel in modern conditions" and Dean of the Postgraduate Studies, M.D. Bazhanova A. E. with the scientific report "Central Asian network for innovations in education and science in the field of environmental health and occupational health".

Rector of IHSM Akhunbaev S.M., and Vice-Rector for Scientific Affairs and State Language, Uzakov O. J. were awarded Honorary Professors and commemorative medals of Bukhara state Medical Institute named after Abu Ali Ibn Sino.

The joint conference provided an opportunity to share experience in organizing educational activities in medical universities in different countries the new realities of the educational process - distance learning.
