Representatives of the BAPIO Training Academy visited the IHSM
The administration of the International Higher School of Medicine (IHSM) in collaboration with the ISM Edutech PVT LTD @ismedutechpvtltd received a delegation of the BAPIO Training Academy (BTA), the United Kingdom (UK), on 3-4 June 2022.
BTA is the Training arm of BAPIO in the UK and one of the largest organization working tirelessly for the last 24 years to promote equality, diversity, inclusion, and patient safety in the NHS. It works in collaboration with Health Education of England (HEE), General Medical Council (GMC), Royal colleges, NHS trusts and other educational authorities including premium Universities in enhancing the professional Skills of the Medical and other health care Professionals.
It has special partnerships with Health Education England (HEE) and Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh to support recruitment of doctors from Central Asia. For specific training such as MRCP/MRCEM/FRCEM.
The representatives of the BTA visited the medical clinic of the IHSM “Vedanta” and other medical campuses. Further, they conducted an introduction session with students (online+offline) on 3rd June at the conference hall. Moreover, the Mutual of Understanding (MOU) between the two parties was signed.
The purpose of this MOU is to establish a collaboration and agreement in principle to facilitate training and recruitment for the following programs.
◾Two Plus Two MRCP, MRCGP (Integrated Medicine), MRCPCH, MRCS and MRCEM (Two plus Three) Track at the hospitals represented by IHSM in Kyrgyzstan.
◾PLAB coaching for undergraduate students facilitated by IHSM, starting from 3rd year of graduation course.
◾ The MBA program is offered by the University of South Wales, UK / University of Gibraltar, British Overseas Territory under special arrangement with the first party.
◾Student clinical rotation for the undergraduates studying in various medical colleges represented by IHSM.
◾Other Diploma or degree courses at graduate and post graduate level for clinical students in UK universities facilitated by the first party.
