In terms of entering the world educational space such as internationalization of education, elevation of universities to the international level, increase in the competitiveness of educational programs become important.

The Independent Agency for Accreditation and Rating (IAAR) developed an effective system of rating studies under educational programs in areas and levels of training at all.

The IAAR  rating system is a digital technology for ranking educational programs adopted and approved by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic and first applied in 2018 to determine the positions of universities.

The IAAR revealed the level of competitiveness among 31 specialties, 11 academic activity fields of 17 universities in Kyrgyzstan for 2019.

2 Kyrgyz State Medical Academy 22145 (points)

3 Osh State University 22143 (points)

4 Jalal-Abad State University 1127 (points)

The internationalization of education in universities is confirmed through the criteria of the Academic Mobility which is presented in the following order:

1. International School of Medicine

2. Osh State Universit

3. Bishkek Humanitarian University 

4. Kyrgyz State Medical Academy
