On April 26, 2024, a training session was held in accordance with Order No. 56 dated April 22, 2024, titled "On conducting training on the management of official documents in the state language." The training was organized for the heads of the Department of State Language and Language Policy by Rima Zh. Zaiyrkulova.

The purpose of the training was to enhance the quality of document management in the field of translating official documents into the state language. During the training, employees familiarized themselves with the fundamental principles of formatting and managing official documents in the state language, and also discussed the process of taking the "Kyrgyztest." Additionally, discussions were held to develop skills in proper document structuring, language formatting, and compliance with norms of the state language based on the Constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On the State Language."

This training aimed to improve the proficiency of participants in handling official documents effectively in the state language, aligning with the legislative framework and organizational requirements.
