The administration of the International Higher School of Medicine is undergoing an 8-hour training "Operational planning" for the heads of departments.

The purpose of the training is to give participants the skills to develop operational plans.

The main topics of the training:

◾The process of strategic and operational planning in the organization's management system;

◾Main functions of a manager,

◾Analysis of problem areas of the unit and definition of tasks,

◾Steps and formats for the development of work plans for departments,

◾Synchronization of plans with other departments,

◾ Detailing the annual plan (monthly/quarterly/semesterly) planning,

◾Approval of work plans,

◾Performance indicators and monitoring/control of implementation of plans.
