International Cooperation Center (ICC) informs that according to the Order No. 1 dated January 11, 2022 of the Rector of the International Higher School of Medicine (IHSM) “Taking the necessary measures in connection with the complication of the epidemiological situation of coronavirus infection” starting from 13th January 2022 the documents acceptance for visa will be online and handover of passports will be suspended until the further notice.

Kyrgyz visa regulations

All the students are requested to send the well-scanned color copies of below-mentioned documents in JPEG (image) to the e-mail visa.documents@ism.edu.kg  along with payment slip of renewal fee for visa.
The following documents need to be sent in a color scanned format:
1.    Passport (must be valid at least for 9 months, with valid visa and registration card);
2.    One filled request form (download from here);
3.    Photo on a white background (photo should not be blended with the white background (size must be more than 60 kb);
4.    Fee clearance documentation (for Educational Advisor students only);
5.    One copy of contract paper;
6.    Negative Covid-19 test (copy);
7.    Vaccination certificate;
8.    Statement of residence:
•    Statement of residence (spravka) from hostel in charges (for Educational Advisory students)
•    If you are living in a flat:
a)    Letter of attorney from flat owner (should be notarized);
Заявление-согласие – нотариально заверенное (владелец доверяет студенту зарегистрироваться по адресу квартиры);
b)    Flat owner’s passport copy (копия паспорта владельца квартиры);
c)    Technical certificate (passport) copy (front page).

Note:
The documents should be well scanned  in color copies; in case of default of above mentioned documents, the visa will not be processed,  therefore,  be careful while sending the documents.
The tuition fee for previous semester and medical fee should be cleared (for Educational Advisor students need to attach the payment slip along with the documents).  In case of non-clearing the tuition fee and medical fee, documents will not be accepted.

Price list: According to the Kyrgyz government regulations dated March 2021, the fee for Kyrgyz visa is following:

You should pay and attach the receipt along with the document while mailing to ICC (for more details please contact +996 702 237090). The documents must be applied 30 days before the expiration date.
After finishing the online application, ICC we will collect your original passport and original documents of the flat.
